A senior product manager, a member of the Credo leadership team, is ready to take ownership of product strategies and roadmaps.
He/she is responsible for driving product specific events/activities to achieve company profitability.
This individual will work within multidisciplinary teams (projects, engineering, design, regulatory and business) to design, build and launch core functionality for new or existing products.
He/she will play a key role in product design across a wide range of industries and explore the application of advanced technologies to meet customer needs.
As a Senior Product Manager within the Product Management team, you will replace the Unit Manager in overseeing and directing the product development process, vision and strategies.
A successful candidate will be one who thrives on interesting complex challenges and is comfortable with ambiguity and creating new products from scratch.
You have a successful track record of partnering and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, business operations and data science, and you are comfortable working closely with and presenting to the management team.
You will aspire and have a deep understanding of the markets we operate in and explore where we should be playing. You will be supported by other product managers in creating the vision, strategy and roadmap for our product portfolio.

Develop and implement product vision and strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Provides visibility and industry insight to drive payments innovation and strategic partnership opportunities
Ensures that the development plan and roadmap aim to achieve tactical and strategic objectives
Maximizes the value of R&D investments and partnership initiatives by ensuring that solutions are, where possible, applicable to multiple brands and geographies.
Know our consumer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape and technical information
Maintain and update a live roadmap over 3-4 quarters.
Continuously monitor product requirements/backlogs to identify priority tactical goals for immediate development and release
Demonstrate full understanding and drive the product creation/innovation process while managing tactical activities
Ensures development team understands product backlog requirements/elements – Represents business stakeholders in all phases of development, communicating requirements to the team, minimum viable product scope and by defining the acceptance criteria.
Maintains close monitoring of product performance trends and takes mitigating actions as necessary.
Product-level competitive intelligence – monitoring and reporting on product performance against our competitors as well as changes in overall product portfolio strategy
Strong design acumen, including experience creating and maintaining style guides, working with wireframes and prototypes.
Ensure full engagement of key stakeholders through continuous communication and review of results.
Activities may include: providing updates, reporting results and successes, evaluating effectiveness, recommending areas for improvement, measuring success
Serve as a product expert and resource for the sales, marketing and customer success teams

B.Sc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Favorite masters
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Proven track record of high growth results
Strong technical background, analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills with a data driven approach to decision making Strong project management and time management skills
Ability to lead projects and work with teams in many geographies
Demonstrated ability to develop and understand a strategy with a strong attitude to determine the optimal way to position products in the market.
The passion to design, create and design useful and innovative products
Has a strong sense of product – appreciates good designs, criticizes standards.
Deep understanding and experience of consumer growth tactics
Demonstrated success in generating revenue and maximizing company revenue
Experience in identifying various business issues or product defects and finding creative solutions.

Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
