OneAZ Credit Union Announces First DEI&B Business Partner
OneAZ Credit Union announces Tanasha Lawcock as Credit Union’s first DEI&B Business Partner. In this new role, Tanasha will develop and execute initiatives to ensure that OneAZ’s values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are reflected throughout the member and associate experience.

The creation of the DEI&B Business Partner role represents OneAZ’s commitment to be a leader in promoting inclusive and equitable financial solutions for all Arizonans. Tanasha will work closely with internal and external partners to identify and achieve measurable and sustainable goals that build on OneAZ’s culture of inclusivity and belonging.
“Given the importance of belonging and psychological safety in personal and professional relationships, I am thrilled to take on a position that will allow me to research, analyze and strategize so that our associates and our members feel seen, heard, valued and encouraged to be authentic themselves,” said Tanasha Lawcock.
Rose Law Group adds Patrick Hogan
Patrick Hogan has joined leading law firm Rose Law Group and will add weight to the energy and real estate transaction groups.
Patrick, the son of legal heavyweight Tim Hogan, worked in the oil industry in Texas before heading to law school. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2021.
“I’m so happy to add someone with such a distinguished pedigree like Patrick’s,” said RLG founder Jordan Rose. “His experience in the energy field is a great addition to our team which has been at the forefront of promoting renewable energy in the state.”
Premier Sales welcomes Chuck Canli
Premier Sales, Inc..a leading corporate sales, mergers and acquisitions firm in Scottsdale for over 30 years, welcomed Chuck Canli, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in starting businesses from transactional sales, operations and business value growth.
Her specialties include working with business owners to position, market and sell their private businesses.
Prior to joining Premier, Canli established several food distribution businesses in Arizona and Illinois. He was instrumental in the management and operations of each company. Canli used organic growth strategies coupled with acquisitions. Eventually, he sold these businesses at a higher value and higher earnings multiples than industry norms.
“Beyond finance and ROI, my philosophy is to make sure I believe in the nature and purpose of a business,” Canli said. “Do an organization’s ethics and business practices align with my moral compass?” I also need to be able to see myself as a consumer of the business.
SCS Engineers Expands Phoenix Office
SCS Engineers, an award-winning environmental consulting firm, is expanding its Phoenix, Arizona office to meet the growing demand for sustainable environmental engineering. The most recent hires are Mike Bradford, senior professional engineer; Cynthia Neitzel, professional engineer; Taylor Goins, field services; and Samantha Montgomery, a Technical Associate who is part of the full SCS team.
Goins provides its customers with landfill gas monitoring and other related environmental monitoring services, helping them reduce operating costs and protect air quality. It also operates and maintains other environmental pollution control systems.
Montgomery’s objective is to prepare monthly, semi-annual and annual greenhouse gas reports, as well as to process and analyze the data associated with these reports. She specializes in air quality compliance and permits, particularly for landfills.
Bradford brings over 20 years of civil engineering and project management experience. He has been the principal engineer and engineer of record for a wide range of public and private sector capital projects in Arizona and nationwide for solid waste landfills and other civil engineering projects.
As a landfill project manager focused on landfill gas collection and control systems and compliance reporting, Neitzel brings over 20 years of experience. She has a background in landfill design, construction quality assurance, and air quality permitting and compliance.
